About the jobThe Specialist Operations Training Materials & Content role is responsible for supporting digital initiatives, preparing operational and training content, coordinating branch communications, tracking engagement metrics, and documenting operational insights while ensuring compliance with company data governance, confidentiality, and information security standards. Job Responsibilities & Duties:Data SupportSupport the rollout of digital projects across branches. Prepare surveys and summarize branch feedback. (PPTs /Simple tutorial videos). Support internal platform content updates. Prepare communication content for product updates Track digital engagement and prepare reports. Document field insights and operational observations.Data ComplianceHandle all branch, employee, customer, and operational data in accordance with company privacy and confidentiality policies. Collect and process only data required for business purposes. Avoid storing or sharing confidential or sensitive information through unauthorized channels. Ensure all training and communication materials exclude confidential customer information, passwords, credentials, or sensitive operational details.. Data QualityEnsure all reports, presentations, surveys, and communication materials are accurate, verified, and free from errors before distribution. Maintain complete and consistent documentation using approved templates, formats, and version control standards.Update digital content, engagement reports, and operational records within agreed timelines to ensure information remains current and reliable. Use only approved systems and validated data sources when preparing reports, tracking engagement, or documenting operational insights.Maintain organized records and supporting documentation to ensure traceability, audit readiness, and compliance with company policies. Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or any related field preferred)· Good communication and presentation skills· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)· Strong coordination and organizational skills· Attention to detail and willingness to learn· Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams· Flexibility to support field visits and training activities when required.Experience:· 0–2 years (Fresh graduates are welcome)
