Job DescriptionAs a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, designing solutions, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery of functional outputs. The Sr. BA will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, government customers, and technical teams, with a strong focus on Customs, investment modernization, and related domains.RequirementsStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skillsProven experience in Customs, Supply Chain, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Warehousing (Mandatory)Experience working on complex systems (multiple modules & processes)Ability to quickly understand large products and deliver efficientlyFluent in English & ArabicWillingness to travel onsite and stay for extended periods if requiredBA certification is a plusQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalentExperience working with government clients is highly preferred
