Location: Cairo, EgyptDepartment: Brand MarketingReports To: Head of DesignAbout the RoleFlyin is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the development and execution of marketing and brand assets across Egypt and the GCC region.The role will be responsible for creating visually engaging content across digital marketing, social media, CRM, website, app, and campaign channels while ensuring consistency with Flyin's brand identity and creative standards.The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills, a solid understanding of digital marketing requirements, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects and markets.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Design & Asset DevelopmentDesign marketing assets across digital, social media, CRM, website, app and performance marketing channels.Create static creatives, banners, landing page visuals, promotional materials, and campaign assets.Develop designs that align with campaign objectives, customer insights, and brand guidelines.Support seasonal campaigns, tactical promotions, and brand initiatives across multiple markets.Social Media & Content DesignDesign engaging social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.Create visually compelling content that supports engagement and brand awareness objectives.Adapt campaign assets into platform-specific formats and requirements.CRM & Performance Marketing SupportDevelop creative assets for Email, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and other customer communication channels.Design assets for paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Display, and other advertising platforms.Support A/B testing initiatives through the development of creative variations.Brand Consistency & Quality ControlEnsure all creative output follows Flyin's & CT brand guidelines and visual identity standards.Maintain consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints and channels.Prepare final assets according to technical and platform specifications.Collaboration & Creative ExecutionWork closely with Brand Managers, Creative Content Lead, CRM, Performance Marketing, and Product teams.Collaborate with the Head of Design and Motion Designer to execute integrated marketing campaigns.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and visual solutions.Support creative production requirements across multiple projects and deadlines.Innovation & Design TrendsStay updated on design trends, digital best practices, and emerging creative formats.Utilize AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, concept development, image creation, asset adaptation, and creative production.Leverage tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar platforms to improve workflow efficiency and creative output.Continuously identify opportunities to enhance Flyin's visual communication through innovative design approaches and technology. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.8+ years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably within Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Travel, Technology, or Consumer brands.Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first creative work across multiple channels.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Good understanding of social media design, digital advertising, and content creation best practices.Experience designing for performance marketing campaigns is a plus.Basic understanding of motion graphics and video editing is an advantage.Hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) to support design ideation, content creation, image generation, and workflow optimization.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
