Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior MEP BIM Coordinator (Mechanical) with strong experience in Industrial projects to support the delivery of complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will lead BIM coordination activities for MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting) and ensure alignment between design, coordination, and site execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead BIM coordination for MEP systems including HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting.Develop and manage coordinated BIM models using Revit and Navisworks.Perform clash detection, issue reports, and track resolution with all disciplines.Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project BIM standards.Coordinate with architects, structural, and electrical teams to ensure integrated design delivery.Support site teams with model interpretation, shop drawings, and technical coordination.Prepare and review LOD 350–500 models and construction documentation.Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical solutions to design conflicts.Assist in QA/QC processes and ensure accuracy of as-built BIM models.Contribute to BIM workflows, digital delivery, and model efficiency improvements.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.10–12+ years of experience in MEP BIM (Mechanical focus).Excellent English & Arabic communication.Strong experience in Industrial projects.Proficient with BIM authoring and proprietary software applications such as: Revit, Civil 3D, AECOsim, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Navisworks, Cost X, Synchro, BIM collaboration or similar applications Possess.Solid knowledge of HVAC design, load calculations, duct/piping sizing.Experience in LOD 350–500 modeling and shop drawings production.Strong communication and coordination skills.
