You’ll partner closely with leadership and HR to design and implement initiatives that foster a high-performance culture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead organizational design, workforce planning, and restructuring initiativesDevelop and implement OD strategies aligned with business goalsDrive performance management frameworks and talent development programsEnhance employee engagement, culture, and change management initiativesSupport leadership development and succession planningUtilize data insights to improve organizational effectivenessWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in Organizational Development or HR strategyStrong background in organizational design, L&D, and change managementProven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence decision-makingData-driven mindset with excellent analytical skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in fast-paced or startup environments is a plus
