Execute and manage day-to-day operations of existing strategic partnerships, including banks, tourism boards & brands, ensuring alignment with contracts and goals.Act as a primary point of contact for routine partner communication, queries and operational coordination.Support the Partnership team in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key contacts at partner organizations.Track partnership performance metrics, gather data-driven insights and assist in preparing regular reports to monitor success and identify areas for optimization.Assist in the development of partnership proposals, presentations and supporting materials for new initiatives.Coordinate with internal teams—including Marketing, Finance, Product and Data—to facilitate the smooth execution of partnership campaigns and ensure operational requirements are met.Manage the onboarding process for new partners and ensure all necessary documentation and operational setups are completed accurately and on time.Monitor market and competitor activities to provide relevant insights that support the identification of new partnership opportunities.Ensure compliance of all partnership activities with internal legal, financial and regulatory standards. 1+ years of relevant experience in account management, operations, or administrative support within a commercial environment; experience in the travel, tourism, or related technology industry is a plus.Solid organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks and operational workflows.Foundational analytical skills with experience in data tracking and reporting.Familiarity with the Saudi Arabia and GCC markets is desirable.A collaborative and commercially aware mindset with a passion for execution and operational excellence.Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential, Arabic is a definite plus.Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.A proactive and enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn about travel and strategic partnerships.
