With a portfolio of 27+ projects, it has built a strong footprint across Riyadh and continues to scale through strategic partnerships and large-scale developments aligned with Vision 2030.Senior Planning Engineer Key Responsibilities:Develop, update, and control detailed project schedules using Primavera P6Drive planning activities across the full project lifecycle—from design to executionAnalyze critical paths, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure alignment between engineering, procurement, and construction timelinesSupport project performance through effective scheduling, resource planning, and cost alignment.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in planning for real estate or large-scale mixed-use projects.Strong command of Primavera P6 and project controls practices.Experience handling complex, multi-phase developments.KSA/GCC project exposure is a strong plus.
