Sr. Program Manager, Ops Integration

We are hiring a Senior Program Manager to run complex and cross functional projects for EG operations. The incumbent will drive large high impact projects. These projects will typically involve designing and building complex new processes, driving technology solutions, driving large cost reduction or efficiency improvement initiatives or solving for scale upKey job responsibilities1) Drive automation and work with technology teams to scope out and drive any tech changes that are needed2) Work with finance, supply chain execution, transportation and other Amazon teams to identify pain points and scope out solution themes and associated projects4) Responsible for driving cost benefit analysis and go/no-go decisions on various initiatives5) Create a plan and manage execution to deliver results6) Develop a roadmap and metrics to measure progress of the initiatives they own. Own writing reports/documents that detail the progress to leadership on a frequent basis.7) Liaise across functions to drive their project and help clear issues and bottlenecks. - 3+ years of employee and performance management experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays- 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experienceOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
