With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.About the roleMain activity:Lead complex internal offer development team, projects, with a multidisciplinary background & reporting levels within the organization.As Project Manager,Lead complex internal offer development programs involving multidisciplinary and cross-functional stakeholders across different organizational levels.Own project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and delivery milestones.Understand internal and external customer requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans.Drive issue resolution through strong analytical problem-solving and effective escalation management.Ensure alignment across business, technology, operations, and commercial stakeholdersAs Scrum Master,assists the team in meeting their delivery goals (Coaching).Coach Agile teams to achieve delivery objectives and continuous improvementFacilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning activitiesSupport iteration execution and remove delivery impedimentsImprove team flow, collaboration, and Agile maturityFoster high-performing and self-organizing teamsFacilitating breakout rooms and iteration planning during the PI PlanningTransversal ActivitiesSupport iteration execution and remove delivery impedimentsCoordinate transversal actions across all Products and Marketing in Egypt , example up-skilling / re-sklling programs,About youPrevious experience in Project Management and Scrum MasterStrong leadership with a proven Teamwork spiritExperience in Telecommunications /IT Sectors & exposure to multinational environment.Certified Scrum Masterability to identify problems and work to resolution as required.ability to engage and partner with customers and internal staff as required.known for his/her capacity to deliver.open-minded, able to look out on the market, and on the competition.Fluent in English , French is a big PlusYou bring passion, energy, taste for exploration and adaptability.
