Job DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for an SMEs Sr. Relationship Manager.The role entails developing strong relationships with micro, small, and medium enterprise clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, analyzing business opportunities to grow the SME portfolio, and maintaining records in compliance with company guidelines. Additionally, the role includes achieving sales targets, managing customer queries, and providing seamless support to meet client satisfaction.Collaboration with internal teams to innovate and improve service offerings is also expected. Qualifications:Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skillsExperience in sales, business development, or relationship management in the financial services sectorProven ability to analyze and understand the financial needs of SMEsProficiency in market analysis and identifying potential business opportunitiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlinesFamiliarity with financial products, electronic payments, and non-banking financial services is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fieldProficiency in English and Arabic languagesPrevious experience in the Egyptian financial market is an advantage
