Job Purpose:Handle and provide support to the Recruitment, L&D, and performance management head, explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees, and provide support to the entire HR team.Create DME database including; sourcing for new hires and documenting the status of candidatesSupport in the recruitment process including; job posting, screening CVs, conducting interviews for level 16 and below.Facilitate new hires onboarding whole process needs with Admin, IT & Personnel departments to ensure new hires needs are fulfilled.Prepare the announcements for the new hires and review with direct manager head for issuing.Create and update RFF log sheet according to hiring updates to be able to track the hiring status.Create and send new hires updated report on monthly updatesCollect employees training needs (TNA) from head of department and validate according to business needs during the start of each year.Communicate with several training vendors to get at least 3 offers for each training according to our training needs.Create training plan including final training courses, vendors, cost per head & time schedule for validated training needs.Facilitate the execution of the approved training plan including managing the logistics, training room reservation, communication with employees & catering.Collect training feedback from attendees after each training to get the satisfaction rate in order to improve training quality &Advise on the training availability to employees or managers to connect people with learning opportunities by emails or other available channels.Facilitate the education support program by facilitating the reimbursement process according the policy.Facilitate the internship program with department managers according to department needs & capacity.Introduce interns to company, support them during the internship duration, review and prepare the experience certificates for them.Initiate the succession planning process include critical positions profiling, nomination of successors, assessment process and development plan.Update the training log, internship log, turnover report on monthly updates.Support in the Midyear and annual performance appraisal process.Support in organizing company events including DME annual meeting, Executives AOP meeting, and manage performance recognition awards. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.4–6 years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, and succession planning processes.Experience in coordinating training programs and dealing with external training providers.Familiarity with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and annual training planning.Experience in conducting interviews and managing recruitment activities.Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and talent management best practices.Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports, track KPIs, and maintain HR databases.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Experience working with HRIS systems and talent management tools is an advantage.High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in handling employee and candidate information.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Construction industry experience is a plus.Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR, or equivalent) are an advantage.
