- Review project documents (BOQ, drawings, and specifications) under supervision.- Assist in preparing tender and bid documents according to client requirements.- Collect and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.- Support in preparing cost breakdowns, analysis, and pricing sheets.- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to gather required data.- Assist the Senior Engineer in tender clarifications and documentation.- Maintain updated records of suppliers, subcontractors, and pricing data. - Bachelor’s degree in architectural or civil engineering.- 6-8 years of experience in tendering / cost estimation.- Previous training or internship in a construction company is a plus.- Excellent command of English (written & spoken).- Strong analytical and communication skills.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
