You will be mentored by guides and work directly with costumers to create direct business impact and again invaluable professional experience!The program is a 2 months summer internship in July/August 2026. There will be opportunity to learn and contribute in a variety of areas of the software development process, with emphasis on a number of achievable projects to both encourage your development and deliver something useful.Main Responsibilities:Aim to achieve a high-quality level for our market-leading solution for Siemens EDA Mixed-Signal simulator, SymphonyParticipate in defining test and quality plans in collaboration with development and marketing teams.Create various test cases to evaluate new features using different design languages (System Verilog, Verilog-AMS, VHDL-AMS, Verilog-A, Spice, etc.)Execute tests, analyze results, diagnose problems, report them to the development teams, and suggest potential solutions.Consider different quality attributes (FURPS) while validating products.Work closely with the development team to optimize the development and validation cycle time in an Agile process.Help in the development of the automation infrastructure. Test the integration of the product with Siemens EDA AI solution.Required skills, knowledge and experience3rd or 4th year Student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.Good knowledge of digital/mixed signal design and usage of commercial Digital/Spice/Co-Sim simulators is preferable.Good understanding of digital/mixed-signal verification methodologies. Strong knowledge and practice of VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog (VHDL-AMS/Verilog-AMS is a plus). Good understanding of UVM is a strong plus. Strong programming and software testing skills, with an emphasis on PythonKnowledge or interest in QA methodology and in development tools (version management, defect management, test coverage) is highly desirable. Fluent in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
