📍Ras El-Hikma (Project-Based)-Lead civil discipline governance across large-scale projects (client/PMC role)-Review/approve civil design drawings, technical submissions, method statements, and shop drawings-Monitor contractor performance and resolve technical issues with engineering recommendations-Coordinate with MEP, Architecture, and other disciplines to ensure integrated delivery-Ensure QA/QC compliance and report progress, risks, and technical issues to seniorRequirements-BSc in Civil Engineering (mandatory) | MSc Civil/Structural (preferred)-12–15+ years total experience with strong PMC/Consultant exposure in design review & site supervision-Proven experience on mega/large-scale projects (mandatory)-PMP (preferred) | PE License (advantage) | QA/QC certification (preferred)-Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary coordination
