Stock Controller

Key Responsibilities:Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across warehouses/storesPerform regular inventory counts (cycle counts & full stock takes)Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and variancesEnsure proper documentation of stock movements (inbound/outbound/returns)Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teamsTrack slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged stockGenerate inventory reports and provide insights to managementEnsure compliance with company policies and inventory proceduresOptimize storage and stock handling processesQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field1–3 years of experience in inventory/stock control Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (Oddo is preferred)Good analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and high level of accuracyProficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong communication and coordination skills
