Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management & ControlMonitor and maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system.Ensure all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments, are recorded accurately and on time.Monitor inventory levels and maintain inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations.Track and control raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and spare parts inventory.Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.Stock Counts & ReconciliationPlan, coordinate, and supervise periodic and annual physical inventory counts.Reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate discrepancies.Analyze stock variances and identify root causes.Prepare and process inventory adjustments in accordance with company procedures.Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.Reporting & AnalysisPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.Monitor and analyze slow-moving, obsolete, damaged, and excess inventory.Generate variance analysis reports and recommend corrective actions.Monitor inventory-related KPIs and provide management with accurate insights.Support decision-making through inventory analysis and reporting.Costing SupportSupport month-end inventory closing activities.Ensure the accuracy of inventory balances used in cost calculations.Coordinate with the Costing Department regarding inventory adjustments and variance analysis.Provide inventory data and reports required for costing and financial analysis.Process ImprovementRecommend and implement improvements to inventory control procedures.Support the enhancement of inventory management systems and internal controls.Ensure the effective utilization of ERP systems related to inventory management.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional certifications in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics are preferred.2-5 years of experience in Inventory Control, Stock Management, Warehousing, or Costing.Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics.Proven experience in inventory counting, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
