Currently live across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.Role OverviewThe Store Auditor is responsible for conducting operational audits across newly launched and existing stores to ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and operational requirements. The role involves regular field visits, completion of audit checklists, reporting findings, and following up on corrective actions.What you'll do:Conduct operational audits for new store launches and existing stores according to the audit plan.Complete audit forms, checklists, and reports accurately and within defined timelines.Assess compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, inventory controls, and store readiness requirements.Identify gaps, non-compliance issues, and opportunities for operational improvement.Document audit findings and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.Follow up on corrective actions and verify closure of audit observations.Maintain accurate records of audit results and store performance.Travel regularly between stores across assigned locations.What you'll need:1–3 years of experience in auditing, operations, retail, logistics, quality assurance, or a similar field.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Good communication and reporting abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits.Own a car and possess a valid driving license (mandatory).Willingness to travel frequently between stores.Preferred QualificationsExperience in retail, e-commerce, q-commerce, warehouse, or supply chain operations.Familiarity with audit processes, compliance checks, and operational standards.Who will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
