Generate inventory reports and provide regular updates to management.Label and categorize items for easy identification and retrieval.Enter and update all incoming and outgoing stock movements accurately.Maintain accurate records of stock levels using Excel and/or systems.Ensure goods are stored in an organized, safe, and secure manner.Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures.Receive shipments and coordinate the unloading of imported goods, verify packing lists, and inspect items for damage.Conduct regular physical inventory counts.Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.Assist during internal and external audits.Maintain proper filing of delivery notes, and stock records. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Logistics, or related field is preferred).5–7 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role.Strong organizational and time management skills.Strong skills in data analysis and reporting using systems and Excel.Good communication and coordination skills.Experience working with systems is preferred.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
