Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.Organize and store materials, tools, and equipment to ensure easy identification and accessibility.Issue materials to project sites and departments based on approved material requests.Maintain accurate inventory records and update all stock transactions in the ERP system.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Procurement Department for timely replenishment.Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and investigate stock discrepancies.Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration of materials.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports.Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse in compliance with company HSE policies.Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Project Teams to ensure efficient material flow and on-time project support. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.4-8 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in a construction or contracting company.Good knowledge of inventory management procedures and warehouse operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo) is an advantage.Good command of English (written and spoken).
