Store Manager-----------------------About the jobKey Accountabilities:1. Ensure effective achievement of sales objectives through setting clear individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize subordinate and departmental performance.2. Maintain FRG brand image, business model, company standards and compliance within the assigned store to enhance company positioning and customer experience.3. Manage the profit and loss factors for his assigned store to control expenses and optimize on sales profits to achieve the store sales target.4. Participate in random weekly stock taking to ensure stock accuracy. Applying opening & closing checklists and shifts handover reports. Reviewing carry over and score card, defects and transfers reports record keeping of SVR's & visitors log.5. Identify and follow up on fast moving, slow-moving and non-moving with action plan monthly. Report any short-term shortage of specific categories and product types in advance. High compliance to avoid inventory loss.6. Provide recommendations on business development ideas and identify opportunities and threats within the store to support in order to sustain and increase the company achievements.7. Participate in setting and cascading the department strategic plan and objectives in alignment with the company overall strategy through reporting on the current challenges and opportunities and ensure its proper communication to all store staff.8. Lead the development of staff in the assigned section, provide on the job guidance and coaching to ensure the availability of required talent and expertise levels to ensure effective achievement of sectional targets and quality standards.9.
