Role Description The Storekeeper is responsible for managing the clinic’s stockroom and supplies on a day-to-day basis in a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. This role includes receiving and unloading deliveries, checking items against purchase orders, and organizing products in designated storage areas. The Storekeeper maintains accurate inventory records, monitors stock levels, and coordinates replenishment to support clinical and spa operations. Daily tasks include packing and preparing items for internal distribution, ensuring proper labeling and storage conditions, and following safety and handling procedures. The Storekeeper works closely with clinic staff to ensure timely availability of materials, supports periodic stock counts, and maintains a clean, orderly store environment.QualificationsCandidates should possess skills in Inventory Management and Inventory Control to track stock levels, maintain records, and support accurate stock audits.Candidates should possess skills in Packing and Unloading to safely receive, handle, and prepare items for storage and internal distribution.Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation or similar material-handling equipment where applicable, with attention to safety and compliance.Ability to follow standard operating procedures, with strong attention to detail and basic numeracy for quantity checks and documentation.Prior experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or supply chain support, preferably in healthcare, spa, or retail environments.Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with clinical, spa, and administrative teams.Physical ability to lift, move, and organize stock as required, while following safe handling practices.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in inventory or logistics is an advantage.If you're Interested Send me your cv Via email "haidy.abdelhakim@groovymedspa.com"
