Strategic Finance & Performance ManagementLead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company-wide KPI and performance management framework.Develop executive dashboards and reporting tools to monitor business performance, trends, and variances.Conduct detailed variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and strategic targets, providing actionable insights to senior management.Support the rollout and alignment of management systems and KPIs across the organization.Ensure alignment between financial results, operational performance indicators, and strategic objectives.Corporate Development & M&ALead and support corporate development and M&A initiatives, including target screening and strategic evaluation.Conduct business valuations using recognized methodologies (DCF, multiples, scenario analysis).Lead financial due diligence activities related to acquisitions, partnerships, or strategic investments.Prepare investment cases, financial models, and executive presentations for senior leadership and shareholders.Support post-merger integration planning from a financial and performance management perspective.Leadership & GovernanceBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing strategic finance and corporate development team.Act as a key finance business partner to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.Ensure strong financial governance, data integrity, and analytical rigor across all reporting activities.Foster a culture of performance excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance function.Participate in Business Continuity Plan (BCP) activities during emergencies as required. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or professional certification is a plus).8–12 years of experience in finance, strategic planning, corporate development, or performance management.Strong experience in financial modeling, business valuation, and performance analytics.Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is highly preferred.Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling tools, and data visualization dashboards.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
