Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic PlanningDevelop and update the company’s long-term and mid-term strategic plans for subsidiaries within the holding group.Ensure alignment between subsidiaries’ strategies and the overall holding company strategy.Conduct internal and external environmental analysis (SWOT, PESTEL).Propose strategic initiatives and oversee their execution.Develop and maintain the Strategic Roadmap.Periodically review and update the strategy in line with market changes.Corporate Performance ManagementDesign and implement a Corporate Performance Management System.Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at the level of:Holding companySubsidiary companiesDepartments and business unitsMonitor and analyze performance results on a regular basis.Prepare performance reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement plans.Subsidiary OversightMonitor the financial and operational performance of subsidiary companies.Ensure subsidiaries’ compliance with the holding company’s strategic objectives and policies.Analyze periodic performance reports and discuss results with subsidiary management teams.Support subsidiary Boards of Directors in planning and decision-making processes.Evaluate the performance of subsidiary CEOs in coordination with senior management.Governance and Risk ManagementContribute to the implementation of corporate governance frameworks across the holding company and its subsidiaries.Identify and monitor strategic and operational risks.Propose policies and procedures to mitigate risks.Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Reporting and Executive PresentationsPrepare comprehensive strategic reports for the Board of Directors.Present performance indicators and results of strategic initiatives.Provide data-driven insights and recommendations.Prepare reports related to investment opportunities and expansion plans.Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with the Finance Department to link performance outcomes to budgets.Coordinate with Human Resources to align performance management with individual evaluations.Collaborate with the PMO to track the execution of strategic initiatives.Support operational departments in improving performance.Leadership and ManagementLead and manage the Performance and Strategy team.Define responsibilities and distribute roles within the department.Develop team capabilities and enhance overall efficiency.Coordinate with other departments (Finance, HR, PMO).Innovation and Strategic DevelopmentPropose new business models.Support digital transformation from a strategic perspective.Monitor global trends and assess their impact on the group’s activities.Technical SkillsStrong experience in strategic planning and project management.Solid financial acumen to evaluate investments and budgets across subsidiaries.Good understanding of information technology to support strategic decision-making.What We Offer:· Competitive salary and benefits.· Social insurance· A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.If you’re passionate about managing technical projects and driving innovation, we’d love to hear from you! Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or Finance.Postgraduate studies are preferred (MBA / Strategic Management).Professional Experience5–8 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and holding company environments.Previous experience within a group of companies, holding companies, or publicly listed companies.
