Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats, informing strategic decisions.Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitors' strategies, performance, and market positioning. Assess competitive advantages and areas for improvement for Raya’s portfolio companies.Trend Identification: Stay informed about technological advancements, regulatory changes, new products, and economic factors that could impact the industry. Identify emerging trends that may present new opportunities or threats.Conduct geographic expansion analysis to identify and evaluate new regions or countries for subsidiary expansion—including market size, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, cultural fit, and entry feasibility—and present prioritized recommendations.Financial & Risk Analysis: Conduct financial assessments and risk analysis of new opportunities to inform strategic decisions, ensuring the sustainability and profitability of each subsidiary.Investment & Partnerships: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, commercial collaboration, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, to expand the group's portfolio and market presence.
