We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer with strong experience in structural drawings, exterior coordination, 3D modeling, and quantity surveying.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review structural drawings and execution plans for company projects.Coordinate between architectural and structural designs to ensure accuracy and feasibility.Develop high-quality 3D models and exterior visualizations for buildings.Perform quantity take-offs and prepare quantity surveys (BOQ) for project components.Review drawings to ensure compliance with technical standards and specifications.Collaborate with the design team and technical office throughout project development.Support project planning by providing accurate quantity and material estimates.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience.Professional work environment within a real estate development company.Opportunity to participate in diverse real estate projects.
