The role involves overseeing and managing structural design projects, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining compliance with relevant industry standards. Responsibilities include supervising design processes, reviewing technical outputs, and fostering innovation to deliver high-quality and cost-effective structural solutions that meet client requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the structural design team.Review and manage structural design work for reinforced concrete and steel structures.Prepare and review detailed structural drawings and calculations.Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to ensure integrated project delivery.Oversee structural design development from concept through detailed design.Ensure compliance with international codes and project specifications.Utilize Revit and structural design software in project development and coordination.QualificationsRequirements:PhD in Structural Engineering.Strong experience in structural design and project supervision.Proficiency in Revit and structural design tools.Preferred graduates from AUC, BUE, Ain Shams University, Cairo University, or GUC.Residence near New Cairo is preferred.Strong expertise in Design Management and Visual DesignExperience in Structural Design and Product DesignKnowledge in Branding and Interior DesignProficient in relevant design software and toolsExcellent leadership and team coordination abilitiesAbility to manage projects independently and meet deadlines Master’s degree in civil or Structural EngineeringPrior experience in engineering consultancy firms Strong communication and problem-solving skills
