Lead the structuring and execution of complex financing transactions, including project finance, securitizations, syndicated loans, and hybrid instruments, aligning solutions with business funding needs.Manage end-to-end transaction processes from origination through financial close, overseeing due diligence, structuring, documentation, and coordination of external advisors.Negotiate financing terms with banks and investors to achieve commercially sound, risk-adjusted outcomes.Ensure compliance with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory frameworks across transactions to safeguard the organization’s interests.Develop and review advanced financial models to support transaction structuring, valuation, and investment decision-making.Assess credit, market, liquidity, and structural risks and implement appropriate mitigation and hedging strategies in coordination with treasury.Support internal investment and risk approval processes through clear, data-driven analysis and recommendations.Optimize capital structures across projects and subsidiaries to enhance funding efficiency and financial sustainability.Support debt portfolio management, including refinancing, restructuring, and liability management initiatives.Align financing strategies with corporate objectives and maintain relationships with lenders and investors to support funding access and competitive terms.Manage and mentor analysts and associates level, ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous team development.Partner with cross-functional teams and present financing proposals to senior management and committees to support aligned execution and informed decision-making.SkillsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field10+ years of experience in structured finance or a similar roleStrong skills in financial modeling, credit analysis, and risk assessmentProven experience working on and closing structured finance transactionsAbility to structure deals and manage them from start to finishExperience dealing with banks, investors, and internal stakeholdersMBA or Master’s degree is a plusRelevant certifications (e.g., CFA) are an advantage
