Facilitate trainings to students on efficient event planning and budgeting, as well as risk management of large-scale events and trips.Track and manage financial accounts of student organizations as well as the Dean's office.Oversee and follows up on operation of mega student projects and large-scale events, such as fundraising and donation campaigns and sponsorship.Contribute to the mission and vision of UH by promoting comprehensive and dynamic co-curricular activities and a vibrant student life, through diverse and meaningful programs.Liaison with other integrative university departments in supporting student life needs; including food services, sports facilities, security, health, and safety. Enforce risk management rules and regulations, during major student events and trips, while efficiently acting and responding to incidents if need arises.Oversee the implementation of on and off campus clubs’ activities, including conferences, community service, academic, cultural, and special interest.Provide one to one coaching, advising and guidance to registered organizations, leaders, and student groups, and provides periodic evaluation of groups performance. Create and maintains an efficient financial system for student organizations and student affairs.Secure deals and discounts with various food outlets, wellbeing, and sports complexes as well as hotel discounts to provide a variation of student services. Bachelor’s Required; Master’s or ability to obtain a master’s strongly preferred.Minimum 8 years in student development, student leadership project and activities.
