Team members work within a technically focused environment that supports high-quality engineering and practical field applications.Role Description The Studies Engineer (Low Voltage Panels) role is a full-time hybrid position based in 10th of Ramadan, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves performing power system studies related to low voltage panels, including load flow analysis, short-circuit calculations, and coordination studies to ensure safe and reliable operation. The Studies Engineer will review customer specifications, develop technical designs, prepare single-line diagrams, select equipment ratings, and support the preparation of technical proposals and documentation. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with design, production, and project teams, providing technical support during manufacturing and installation, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and Schneider Electric guidelines. The role also requires continuous improvement of study methods, accurate reporting of study results, and participation in technical reviews with internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications Strong foundation in Power System Studies and Power Systems, with the ability to analyze and interpret electrical network behavior.Solid background in Electrical Engineering and Electric Power, including familiarity with low voltage distribution panels and related equipment.Experience using power systems software tools such as PSS/E or similar platforms for modeling and simulation.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.Knowledge of relevant international and local standards for low voltage distribution systems.Ability to read and develop single-line diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid work environment.Previous experience with panel manufacturing, electrical contracting, or industrial projects is an advantage.
