Job SummaryResponsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of electrical substation EPC projects, ensuring completion within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards, while managing client and subcontractor relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project execution for HV substation projects (66kV/220kV/500kV)Develop and maintain project schedules, cost control, and EVM/ETC reportingManage client communications, contractual correspondence, and claims.Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activitiesIdentify project risks and implement mitigation plansLead project meetings and report progress to senior managementEnsure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and contractual requirements Bachelor’s degree in electrical Power Engineering8–12 years of experience, with proven track record managing substation EPC projectsPMP certification preferredExcellent leadership, negotiation, and reporting skillsFluent in English (written & spoken)
