Publication date : Apr 21, 2026, 11:14AMPurpose of the JobTransforming B2B Business environment from normal manual workflow to an automated reporting operations, leading to higher accuracy and efficient value for effort.Designing and developing analytical projects to understand customer behaviors, departmental KPIs changes and forecasting to the business.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLeading the transformation of reporting and analytics from manual to an automated solutions.Responsible for enhancing and developing the reporting and insights visualization tools by performing the updated business intelligence features.Providing a periodic global KPIs analysis to the top management for the Weekly & Monthly reviews.Owner of an automated historical detailed data storage for all departmental official actuals. Responsible for maintaining the methodologies and standards for business reporting & analysis.Ensure the Processing of needed analysis to monitor performance of sales account managers in relation to KPI success vs. approved budget.Communicating the B2B partners periodic Sales Commissions and penalties reports.Being part of any special projects related to maintaining and updating B2B sales information on other systemsMonitor the database outputs quality to avoid any discrepancies identified by the extracted reports. Job SpecificationEducationUniversity Degree graduate, Computer ScienceExperience4 years Experience in related positionPrevious experience of working on database , information systems and KPIs AnalysisSkills and AbilitiesLeadershipProfessional Excel (Power Query)Programming & analytics (Python, Power BI, SQL)Cooperative & flexiblePresentation SkillsAbility to work under pressureExcellent Knowledge of Microsoft office toolsAbility to work with numbers, figures ,formulas logically and analytically.
