With its expertise and strong ties to financial institutions, Catalyst Partners is committed to facilitating business growth and creating long-term value.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise Financial Due Diligence (FDD) engagements across multiple transactions.Review financial statements and perform analysis of profitability, working capital, and cash flows.Identify key financial risks, red flags, and deal implications for investors.Prepare and review Financial Due Diligence reports and investor-ready findings.Manage information request lists (IRL) and review documents in data rooms.Supervise and review work performed by audit seniors and junior team members.Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and within transaction timelines.Coordinate with clients, advisors, and internal leadership throughout the due diligence process.QualificationsExpertise in Financial Statements and Audit ReportsStrong Analytical Skills in Finance and AccountingExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProfessional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are a plusExperience in supervisory roles and external auditing starting from 5 years
