Publication date : Feb 23, 2026, 11:36AMPurpose of the jobActs as a strategic partner to senior management to ensure facilities projects and operations comply with HSE, human rights, environmental, and corporate governance standardsEnsure the completion of required projects on time, within budget & specification that meets business needsFacilities Projects & DeliveryPlan ,execute and monitor facilities and infrastructure projects in accordance with contractual scope, schedule, and approved budgets Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including scope verification, cost control, variation management, and final handover to operations and support teams Serve as the single point of contact between organization, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution Coordinate between the internal departments and third-party contractors to secure resources and ensure quality and timely delivery Identify project risks, proposed corrective and preventive actions, and ensured adherence to project plans and roadmaps HSE, Risk & Compliance (Duty of Vigilance Alignment)Define and implement HSE and Duty of Vigilance scope for facilities and projects, ensuring alignment with corporate, group, and regulatory requirementsConducted risk assessments and impact analyses covering health & safety, environmental, and operational risks, and implemented mitigation measuresDevelop and maintain risk heat maps and monitoring tools to track vulnerabilities and compliance gapsEnsure full audit readiness, providing documentation, reports, and evidence to meet internal and external audit standardsPerform annual reviews of HSE and vigilance action plans to drive continuous improvementGovernance, Reporting & Stakeholder ManagementLed cross-functional meetings to align facilities, HSE, procurement, HR, and operations on project and compliance objectivesAct as a liaison between internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of vigilance and HSE requirementsPrepare and deliver executive-level reports, KPIs, and performance updates related to projects, safety, and complianceEnsure KPIs and performance indicators were tracked, reported, and aligned with organizational and group expectationsJob specificationEducationBSc. Of engineering preferably architecture or civil.ExperienceMinimum 4 to 6 years of experience; with a strong focus on GSM industry outdoor activities, Retail requirements, and/or commercial stores.Experience in a multinational or matrixed environment is preferred.Preferably to have technical knowledge/experience and understanding of Health & safety standards, such as NFPA and ISO; Safety certifications like NEBOSHSkills and abilitiesFacilities & Infrastructure Project ManagementHealth, Safety & Environmental (HSE) ComplianceRisk Assessment & MitigationAudit & Regulatory ComplianceContractor & Stakeholder ManagementBudget Control & Cost MonitoringCross-Functional CoordinationExecutive Reporting & Communication At Orange, only your skills matter.
