As a POC Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the hiring process of our couriers, managing tasks from A to Z.ResponsibilitiesHandle the hiring process of couriers, from initial contact to Signing the contract.Conduct phone calls, schedule and conduct interviews, and manage hiring document.Ensure all hiring tasks are completed efficiently and within designated timelines.Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.RequirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Strong negotiation skills.Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.Excellent time management skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Previous experience in a similar role or call center environment preferred.
