The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving accurate sales forecasts, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring product availability across our retail network. This role plays a key part in aligning commercial, merchandising, and supply chain teams to support business growth and operational excellence.In this role, you will:Develop and execute the yearly requirement planning, staffing, product sourcing, fleet and warehousing needs to meet the AOP objectivesCo-ordinate weekly & monthly plans and updates in co-ordination with different functions to maintain safety inventory levelsCo-ordinate the ordering of all materials to ensure adequate supply to cover all needsCo-ordinate goods movement to distribution centers to maintain safety inventory levels across the systemDevelop and uphold SLAs with key product availability stakeholdersSets warehousing/logistics/Fleet performance standards and aligns organizationDevelops and leads cost productivity initiatives in warehousing & transportationCoaches and provides constant feedback for development and improved performanceLeads problem solving activities for supply chain planning/warehousing/logistics operation; coaches on process improvementCo-ordinates warehouse resources across all facilitiesEnsure safe operating conditions exist throughout the warehousing operation. Promptly correct unsafe conditionsCo-ordinate product sourcing within the business to ensure product availability in the right place, right time, right quantity and right quality Develop procedures to eliminate loss or damaged product in warehouse and during transportationDevelop staffing and skill building plans for the warehousing/logistics operation that directly links to AOP objectives. Work closely with HR for effective implementationResponsible for the selection, on-boarding and recommending for termination of warehouse/logistics/Transport personnelRequirementsBachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in supply and demand planning, inventory management, or related rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in forecasting and planning tools.
