Procurement CoordinationFollow up on all local and foreign purchase ordersTrack lead times and supplier commitmentsEnsure timely availability of materials3. Payment PrioritizationDetermine which suppliers should be paid first based on:Production urgencyOrder deadlinesMaterial criticalityWork with finance to align cash flow with priorities4. Reporting & TrackingMaintain updated tracking for:Open ordersMaterial statusPurchase ordersBuild simple dashboards (Excel or ERP)5. Process ImprovementDevelop a structured system for material and payment prioritizationReduce production delays caused by material shortages Bachelor’s degree in:Mechanical Engineering (preferred)Industrial EngineeringOR Supply Chain / LogisticsStrong Excel skills (mandatory)Understanding of supply chain / MRP conceptsExperience in manufacturing environment (must) Good communication with production, purchasing, and finance teamsStrong analytical thinking (not just follow-up)
