Supply Chain Procurement Specialist (German Speaker)

The group encompasses a wide range of companies in several sectors, including oil and gas, construction, pharmaceutical, engineering, and trading and commercial representation.We are specialized in a wide array of premium services including Business Automation, Low-code Development, Cloud Services, Industrial Digitization, Warehouse Automation and Strategic Outsourcing.What You'll Be Doing:Handle Suppliers: You'll set up new suppliers in our system and make sure all their information and contracts are up-to-date.Manage Purchasing: You will be in charge of buying all the things we need for our operations in Egypt, North America, and Europe.Check Invoices: You'll review invoices to make sure they match our purchase orders and receipts, and you'll help solve any problems with supplier bills to ensure they get paid on time.Solve Problems: You'll be the main person to talk to suppliers and sort out any issues or questions they have.Keep Things Moving: You'll keep an eye on all pending requests in our system and process them every day.Know the Market: You'll learn about local suppliers and prices to help us make smart buying decisions.RequirementsBachelor's degree, business, supply chain or any related fieldsFluency in German (written and spoken) is required C1 Profile0-3 year experience in a procurement or supply chain roleStrong knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier managementFamiliarity with SAP or similar procurement systems is a plusExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsA proactive and organized approach to work
