Role SummaryThe Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end operational execution, from managing international shipments and customs clearance to optimizing domestic distribution. This role bridges the gap between procurement and final delivery, ensuring that raw materials and finished goods move through the value chain with maximum efficiency and minimum cost.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Freight Management: Coordinate international and domestic shipments; negotiate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to secure competitive rates and reliable transit times.Operational Excellence: Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring 100% accuracy in stock movement between the warehouse and production units.Customs & Compliance: Manage documentation for import/export activities, ensuring full compliance with maritime regulations and local trade laws.Process Optimization: Analyze current supply chain workflows to identify bottlenecks; implement cost-saving initiatives in transportation and storage.Inter-departmental Liaison: Work closely with Production, QC, and Finance to align delivery schedules with manufacturing cycles and budget constraints.Reporting: Maintain real-time tracking of shipments and provide weekly KPIs on logistics costs, lead times, and vendor performance.
