A Support & Ops Specialist provides proactive and timely resolution to any issue in hand by researching & querying internal tools, by taking real-time decisions and having an effective communication with the stakeholders (verbal and written) that build rapport.- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience- High school or equivalent diploma- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays- Are 18 years of age or older- - Advanced proficiency in both written and verbal in French (Minimum B2 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR)- - Relevant experience in analysing data and creating reports for leadership Advanced proficiency in both written and verbal in French (Minimum B2 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR)- Experience with computers and Microsoft Office products and applicationsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
