Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents escalated from IT Support / Help Desk.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across systems and applications.Manage and monitor Active Directory, including users, groups, Organizational Units (OUs), and security groups.Manage and monitor Microsoft Exchange / email environment, including creating, modifying, and deleting mailboxes.Implement and manage security measures such as firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection, and access controls.Support and maintain LAN/WAN, switches, routers, wireless access points, and internet connectivity.Automate routine system administration tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell and/or Bash. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.1–2 years of hands-on experience in System Administration or similar IT infrastructure roleSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.High sense of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail.Good communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical users.
