This role is essential for attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent in line with Paymob's business needs.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.Post job advertisements on company career pages, job boards, and social media platforms.Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Utilize various sourcing methods, including online databases, social media, and employee referrals, to attract potential candidates.Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews and provide necessary information.Collect and compile interview feedback from interviewers.Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.Coordinate pre-employment checks and verifications.Requirements3- 6 months of experience in mass hiring .Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).BenefitsWhy You’ll Love It HereAt Paymob, our people are at the core of everything we do.
