The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in technical recruitment and talent acquisition.Responsibilities:Manage the recruitment process for technical roles under the guidance of senior recruiters and hiring managersSource qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channelsReview resumes and evaluate candidates against job requirements.Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and interestSchedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teamsBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely communication and feedbackAssist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.Stay informed about market trends and technical talent availabilityRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,or a related field3- 6 months of experience in Recruitment or Talent AcquisitionHR Diploma or Talent Acquisition certification is a plusStrong interest in technical recruitment and technology-related rolesFamiliarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing techniquesUnderstanding of the recruitment lifecycle and hiring processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment systemsExcellent command of the English language, both written and spokeExperience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plusBenefitsWhat We OfferExposure to a wide range of technical roles and technologiesProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive work environmentOpportunity to build expertise in technical talent acquisitionAttractive packages and performance compensationFull work comfort, ability to work remotely from any placeHealth insurance package.
