Perform daily workflow tab entries and ensure data accuracy and completeness within the recruitment system.Assist with interview scheduling and coordination for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.Prepare and issue employment contracts for new hires, part-time staff, and secondments in accordance with TA policies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and candidate databases.Manage onboarding tasks and related administrative follow-ups to support operational efficiency.Process and manage part-time and secondment contract renewals, ensuring timely issuance and accurate documentation.Support the TA-Manager and Supervisor with audit preparation by ensuring all recruitment documentation is complete and compliant.Undertake additional administrative duties as assigned by the team. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role, preferably within a high-volume recruitment or educational environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices.Familiarity of various sourcing techniques and platforms.Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS is a plus.
