Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.8–10 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment for sales positions.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
