Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment activities and drive hiring strategies across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, building talent pipelines, partnering with business leaders, and leading a high-performing recruitment team to attract top talent.Location: EgyptKey AccountabilitiesDevelop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, professional, and leadership positions.Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring delivery against hiring targets and service levels.Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and recruitment needs.Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience.Strengthen employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.Regional recruitment experience within the GCC, particularly Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred.Previous experience within the construction, engineering, or contracting industry is mandatory.Proven experience managing high-volume and professional hiring across multiple locations.Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing strategies, and recruitment technologies.Experience leading and developing recruitment teams.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
