Role SummaryTo manage the recruiting function in Egypt for FTC’s (including Banca Sales team). The role holder will drive recruiting initiatives to source the qualified candidates for the FTE & FTC positions through various channels od sourcing (social media, recruiting agencies, referrals, employment fairs, and any suitable channel to attract talents. Supporting the business in the capacity planning to meet their targets. Highlighting the EVP of MetLife and increasing awareness with the competitive edges in MetLife vs. market.How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities) Sourcing CV’s: Support the recruiting team with the necessary tools and budget to be able to source CV’s and find the right pool of suitable candidates. Support the business: set the right expectations with the business / functions in terms of turnaround time for hiring and on-boarding. Coordinating with hiring Managers for the on-boarding process till the candidate joins the dept. or / and the training. Candidate Experience – own and drive the candidate experience ensuring candidates become advocates for MetLife. Digital Solutions: Exploring digital solutions for mass recruiting to support the continuous need at the Banca Distribution. Budget Management: Participating in the budget HC preparation with a cost-efficiency mindset. Coordinating with other stakeholders to ensure the on-boarding of Banca sales on-boarding is a smooth transition till they join the field. Manage Issues and Risk: Proactively identify potential challenges and devise contingency plans as needed.Working closely with Hiring managers, HR and Banca Distribution management. Working with third parties whether for recruiting or for employment contracts to ensure a timely and efficient recruiting and hiring cycle. Liaising with External recruiting Agencies to communicate briefs and give feedback on outputsWhat You Need To Succeed (Required Qualifications)Minimum 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally with experience in mass recruiting.+7 years in managerial position.Ability to work and collaborate effectively with multiple departments and with external agencies and vendorsAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentStrong executive communication skills - verbal, written and presentationStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent strategic planning and organizational skillsCompetencies RequiredMotivates People – Gains people commitment to achieve business objectives through clear communication of the company’s vision and flexing leadership styles to inspire high performance.
