Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across different industries and functions.Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, databases, and direct outreach methods.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs.Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.Recruit for positions ranging from entry-level and operational roles to senior leadership and executive-level positions.Prepare candidate shortlists, interview summaries, and hiring recommendations.Negotiate offers, compensation packages, and employment terms with candidates when needed.Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Meet recruitment KPIs related to time-to-fill, candidate quality, client satisfaction, and placement targets.Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.Support employer branding and business development initiatives when required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within a staffing, agency, or outsourcing environment.Experience recruiting in North America is a huge plus.Experience recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels, including leadership or executive roles, is highly preferred.Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and online sourcing tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.Strong organizational and time-management skills.High attention to detail and professionalism.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
