You will be instrumental in building a high-performing team and fostering a culture of excellence in talent acquisition.Responsibilities:Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent across various departments.Lead and Mentor: Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure team success and professional growth.End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job analysis, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.Employer Branding: Champion our employer brand, creating compelling narratives and experiences that position us as an employer of choice in the market.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices.Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes, leveraging data and best practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.Skills & Technologies: You will be leveraging your expertise in Human Resources (HR), Interviewing techniques, and advanced Recruitment methodologies.
