Manage end-to-end recruitment . Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and priorities. Source and attract qualified talent through multiple channels. Conduct HR interviews and coordinate recruitment activities. Monitor recruitment KPIs and support employer branding initiatives. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant filed.Postgraduate studies in Human Resources are preferred.Experience from 1 to 3 years in Talent Acquisition.Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.Manufacturing Background is Mandatory.Advanced Microsoft Office.Cairo or Sharkia resident is preferred.
