Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar and white-collar positions in line with manpower plansCoordinate with department managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring prioritiesHandle job postings, CV screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding processesEnsure recruitment activities comply with company policies, Egyptian Labor Law No. 12 of 2003, and Freezone regulationsAct as the main HR contact for recruitment and staffing mattersFollow up on onboarding and probation periods to ensure successful integrationMaintain recruitment trackers, CV databases, and hiring reportsMonitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, hiring efficiency, and manpower fulfillmentSupport employee relations cases when requiredAssist in general HR operations and HR initiatives as needed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 3-7 years of HR experience, with strong hands-on recruitment exposureProven experience in industrial, manufacturing, or Freezone environmentsStrong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and recruitment-related regulationsExcellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage high-volume hiring and work under pressureGood reporting and Excel skillsHR certification is a plus (PHRI, SHRM, CIPD)
